This pink drink Starbucks copycat recipe is made with a few simple ingredients. It has two main ingredients: coconut milk and a strawberry acai base. To recreate these things you will need:

  • 1 1/2 cup white grape juice
  • 2 tsp freeze-dried strawberries (here)
  • 1/2 tsp acai powder (here)
  • 1/2 tsp coffee bean powder (here)
  • 1 tsp passionfruit powder (here)
  • 1/2 cup fresh strawberries, cut up
  • 1 cup coconut milk

How to Make a Strawberry Acai Base 

First, pour the white grape juice into a pot or saucepan and heat over medium heat.

Add the cut fresh strawberries to the pot along with the freeze-dried powders. Reduce heat and simmer for 5-10 minutes while stirring to allow the powders to dissolve.

Use a wire mesh strainer to strain the strawberries from the liquid.
