Cranberry Lime Refresher (Fresh Cranberry Water)

This cranberry lime refresher is a refreshing drink made with fresh cranberries and lime juice. It’s the perfect drink for a holiday party or any time of the year.

Cranberry Lime Mocktail Ingredients 

This delicious cranberry lime refresher drink is made with three simple ingredients:

  • 2 cups fresh cranberries
  • 8 cups filtered water
  • 1/4 cup lime juice from fresh limes
  • 4 Tbsp raw honey

How to Make a Simple Cranberry Lime Refresher

First, rinse the cranberries and then pour them into a high-speed blender. This is the blender that we have and love: Blender

Add the water to the blender.

The cranberries will float to the top just like in a cranberry bog.

Secure the top to the blender and blend for 1-2 minutes until the cranberries have completely emulsified, leaving you with a vibrant pink cranberry water.

Strain the Cranberry Water

Next, you will need to strain the pulp from the water. You can use a fine mesh sieve, a nutbag, or cheesecloth. We find that cheesecloth bags tend to work the best. You can find these cheesecloth bags online here: Cheesecloth bags

Carefully pour the cranberry water into the bag to separate the water from the pulp.

Work in small batches to avoid making a mess.

Fresh Cranberry Limeade Refresher

Once the cranberry water is fully separated from the pulp pour the cran water into a large pitcher and add the lime juice.

Next, add the raw honey to the pitcher.

Stir the honey so that it dissolves while the cranberry lime mocktail drink is at room temperature.

Refreshing Cranberry Lime 

Pour the delicious drink into a glass of ice and garnish with lime slices, lime wedges, or rosemary sprigs.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh cranberries

Instructions

  1. Combine cranberries and water in high speed blender and blend for 1-2 minutes
  2. Strain cranberry water from pulp using cheesecloth or a nut bag.

  5. Serve over ice and garnish with lime wedges.
