Add the milk to the blender. We are using cashew milk, but you can use any type of milk that you prefer. Coconut milk, almond milk, oat milk, and even whole milk will all work.

Add the maple syrup to the blender. The maple syrup adds a nice touch of natural sweetness that compliments the sweet fruits of the smoothie perfectly. No artificial sweetener is needed in this delicious smoothie.

Lastly, add the coconut yogurt for a nice dose of healthy fats. Coconut yogurt and cashew milk make this a dairy-free smoothie  You can use plain Greek yogurt if you prefer.

creamy coconut yogurt

The frozen fruit and thick coconut yogurt make this a very creamy smoothie.

You can test the thickness to see if it’s too thick or not. We like to add a half cup of ice cubes to the blender at this point. Adding ice or not is a personal choice. The frozen sweet strawberries will make this kiwi strawberry smoothie nice and cold, so ice will only be needed if the smoothie is too thick for your liking.
