How to Make a Mocha Martini Cocktail
First, start with an ice-filled cocktail shaker.Â
Next, the coffee. For the coffee, you can use an espresso shot, brewed hot coffee, or cold brew. Since this is a cold cocktail we are using cold brew, if you use hot coffee make sure to let it cool before mixing it with the other ingredients. For cold brew, you can make your own or go with the premade, storebought kind to make things nice and easy.Â
Then add the Kahlua coffee liqueur. Between the cold brew coffee and the Kahlua, you will have a nice coffee base for the mocha martini.Â
Lastly, add the creme de cacao chocolate liqueur to the shaker. This will give the cocktail a nice chocolatey flavor.Â
Pop the top on the shaker and give it a good shake.Â
Extra Chocolate Flavor
This next step is optional. If you love a sweet martini then drizzle a little chocolate syrup along the inside of the martini glass. This will give the cocktail a bit more sweet chocolate flavor. Feel free to skip the chocolate syrup if you prefer your drinks less sweet.Â
Next, use a fine strain bar strainer to pour the mocha martini into the glass.Â
