White Tea Shot Ingredients

To make the best white tea shot recipe you will only need a few things that you can easily get a your local liquor store. Surprisingly, there is no actual tea in these shots. You will need:

  • 1 1/2 oz plain vodka
  • 1 1/2 oz peach schnapps
  • 1 1/2 oz sweet & sour mix
  • lemon-lime soda
  • garnish with lemon wedge or lime wedge

You will also need a cocktail shaker, jigger, bar strainer, and shot glasses.

How to Make a White Tea Vodka Shot

To make this classic white tea shot recipe, first, fill a cocktail shaker with ice cubes.

Measure one-and-a-half-ounce peach schnapps using a cocktail jigger.

Add the schnapps to the shaker. The schnapps are what give these popular shots their sweet taste.

Next, add your favorite vodka to the shaker.

Then add the sweet and sour mix.

You can use store-bought or make your own. Both work equally well. A homemade sour mix is simply a combination of fresh lemon juice and sweet simple syrup.

Pop the top on the cocktail shaker and give it a good shake.

Use a bar strainer to pour the tea shots. We just happen to be using a 2oz shot glass, but you can use a standard shot glass. Fill the shot glasses about 3/4 of the way to the top.

Top each delicious shot off with a splash of lemon-lime soda. You can use 7Up or Sprite.
